      The appointment seemed rushed. The feedback I received regarding my concerns was unsatisfying. Each time I see Dr. Burton, I get the feeling that he hasn't reminded himself of my health issues...that I'm just one of hundreds of patients he sees. Perhaps that's a common complaint resulting from the high patient load medical doctors deal with, however, I never feel that I'm receiving full attention or complete care.

      Excellent experience. Doctor fully explained lab results and was highly knowledgeable regarding the characteristics of the drug I am taking and how it influences the test results. He listened to my my concerns regarding possible drug side effects and outlined a plan to determine if recently experienced symptoms were a result of the drug. I left the appointment with a clear understanding of actions required by me over the next year to maintain my health.

      I was impressed how well the different deps (Xray and Dr office) communicated to quickly order and complete an Xray.We have been telling our friends and associates that we have though highly of the doctor and staff in delivering excellent healthcare.

      Dr Burton took the time to go over my Xray and made sure to answer my concerns which he identified and resolved. He also did a physical exam to help determine what medical conditions I was having. He explained his finding in a way to make it easy for me to understand.I felt like he was sincerely concerned for my welfare.
