He takes the time to explain things. He offers suggestions for help but doesn't omit the realities by giving "pie in the sky" solutions. The reality is that that some things can be fixxed but others can only be helped. They are permanent. He explains that and how to deal with it by offering realistic solutions.

I never was told my diagnosis and I had to look up the doctor notes on the portal to understand what was going on as nothing was explained and my condition wasn't improving. I ended up doing online research based on the diagnosis to know what I should be doing for pain, as the doctor didn't respond to my portal message or ever tell me I had gluteal tendinopathy!

Dr. Robinson obviously did not communicate with or read the notes from my first visit with his fellow. I had never met Dr. Robinson and when he walked in for my procedure to get a hip injection he never introduced himself and I asked if he was a technician and he said oh I'm Dr. Robinson, we've met. Nope! We haven't!Then he asked ME where he was giving the cortisone injection!!Made me feel very insecure and uncomfortable about my care as the doctor didn't even know what he was doing for me before walking in.

Very pleased that I saw the sports med specialist rather than waiting for a surgical consult. Very informative!
