I love doing the video chats saves me having to try to find a ride to and from since right now I don't have a vehicle and I had surgery so it's hard to get around in my wheelchair with one hand and my service dog so video chat the one good thing that came out of Covid is more people are able to get mental health and physical health aide through video chatting. Keep it up.

Dr. West was very personable. He answered all of my questions and performed the procedure with knowledge and expertise. He is easy to talk to you and always has lots of good ideas to help my care.

He is compassionate and takes a minute to show my service dog attention to let him know that he is a good service dog and showing me that I'm important to him by acknowledging my love for my service animal, I couldn't ask for better treatment! He allowed me to be part of the decision making with regards to medications and caring for my well being!
