I've worked with Dr. Capener before. This time he seemed particularly exhausted. He answered all my questions but I sort of felt that he was too tired to go into depth.

This is my 2nd GI doctor this year. The first one was very knowledgeable, but his staff did not communicate well with the doctor or with me. That Is why I looked for another doctor. My PCP referred me to Dr Capener. Dr Capener and his staff work together as a team to ensure I am taken care of. Kudos to Dr Capener and his staff!

Dr. seemed very disinterested like he had other places to be I tried to explain my condition. He said we would really review previous doctors records and get back to me have no concerns about my questions or Anything that I had to say I felt like I was imposing on his time made me feel like I should leave

Overall, the experience was not what I expected. I understood there was a consultation and time crunches, but it felt very transactional. Waiting roughly 40 minutes just to receive a 5 minute advice I could've researched on medical articles online.

Dr Capener is awesome. I put off treatment for hemorrhoids for too long because it's embarrassing! He made the process easy and put me at ease. 3 simple treatments and they are gone!

He was only able to speak to me for a couple minutes. In my opinion, there was no need for this visit, everything he asked was it more detailed in my intake notes, which he seemed to acknowledge that he did not read.

The doctor's service was not what I expected.. neither in medication nor a treatment for my illness and my appointment that would make it within 2 months

The doctor had looked at my chart prior to coming in the room and was able to discuss treatment options without having to ask me why I was there. After my appointment I remembered some questions I had that I wish he would have asked me about but otherwise he was fine.
