      Dr Jones went over my progress then said- What can WE do to help YOU? I can't explain how grateful I am for this attitude. He didn't make me feel guilty for not progressing. He offered possible solutions and empathized with me. Then encouraged me to do the things on my plan. I really appreciated that.
