Dr. Higgins didn't answer any of the questions I brought up, and chalked all of the issues I brought up to my move to [...], which happened almost a year ago. I asked for referrals to 4 different specialists, and have only been contacted by 1. I have received no other communication regarding the referrals. I received my lab report via messaging on the MyHealth+ app, instead of a phone call. I am overall disappointed with the level of care I received.

Dr. Higgins is IHC's best doctor in my opinion. She is right with me and my concerns and knowledgeable and always offers sensible solutions. And what I really like about her is that she leaves the door open for further concerns or if any issue doesn't go away. I feel like she really does care.

Dr. Higgins was excellently informed about medical interactions and talked with me about possible complications due to migraines and taking birth control.

It was a good visit, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and capable. If I had one critique, it's that she didn't give off any warm, fuzzy, friendly feeling, but then the reason I came was handled very professionally so that's what counts.

Dr. Higgins is caring, listens carefully, asks the right kinds of questions, is thorough, respectful, and takes me seriously. That latter part is very valuable to me because I have a complicated, extensive medical history and it would be easy for a provider to treat me as though I'm a hypochondriac. I always appreciate being treated with respect and being taken seriously.

Dr Higgins was very thorough and seemed truly interested in me. I didn't feel rushed at all. She addressed all of my questions and then ask me several questions. She sent orders to have some follow up things done. She was quick to respond on My Health about results from labs and scans. She 2 was very professional and very kind. I felt very welcome. I have had experiences where I have felt rushed and not truly seen in the past, which was definitely not the case here.

I was given ideas as to what the issue might possibly be and it was explained what would be done to verify it and what steps might be taken to improve. The possible Issue was something that hadn't been brought up to me before, but if it is right would help me with a variety of concerns I have. From how everything was explained I also feel confident that if this isn't the correct answer we will keep looking for the right one instead of just shrugging it off as a mystery like I have had done in the past.
