I went in for physical because I haven't had one since I was a kid. Zero health advice was given.

Good visit overall, but expect staff to keep you informed of delays when they are necessary.

I've been worried about some heart rhythm issues and palpitations and she was very understanding. I think there may have been some confusion about the type of echocardiogram, working on clarifying that with her. She has been very thorough and a great doctor.

Dr. Thakur seemed she had better things to do than to be talking to me about some issues I've been facing with my physical health. She didn't want to seem to believe me about what I came in for and just put a bandaid over my situation. She didn't ask if I was experiencing any other issues with my current ailment. I felt like a burden to Dr. Thakur which made bringing up any more of my concerns difficult. She seemed to want to get out of the room quick as she stood by the door for the last few minutes we were talking while I was still on the patient bed discussing my issue. I waited longer to see her than the time she actually spent with me. I can't say that I have ever left a doctors appointment feeling the way I did that day. It was beyond frustrating.

I have already recommended Dr. Thakur multiple times. I had a scare with my blood sugar recently and she literally got me in to see her within a couple of hours. She was phenomenal in helping me understand what was going on and getting me the help I needed quickly. She is super smart and I was impressed with her diagnostic skills and her ability to involve me in the process. I highly recommend her!!
