      Matt has always explained everything abt my continuing back problems. He is very understanding and always shows concern. When meds treatment went to state records, he explained everything abt it, and assured me how my meds treatment is done exactly as prescribed. A 3rd surgery is likely in the future, but He is very understanding abt the concerns I have, in wanting to postpone as long as possible. He is very helpful.
