In regard to the urologist, he was great at explaining as many as 7 medical conditions that weren't mine, and were previous patients. But fell short of addressing my concerns, even when asked. I found myself asking several times how he would help me and by the end of my appointment finally got a solid answer, and offer to get on the schedule.

Dr. Mangelson was arrogant and dismissive of my pain.

Dr. Mangleson clearly laid out all of the treatment options and allowed me to choose which option was best for me. He arranged for an immediate X-ray and shared results within minutes of the completed radiology. Very responsive.

It's not often I give poor feedback, but the bedside manner of Dr.Mangelson is terrible. He is pompous and too cool for making the patient feel at ease and worthwhile. I honestly was so caught off guard with his attitude; I was shocked by if the entire 10 minute visit. He is likely fine with his specialty, but his people skills are the second worst I have seen [...]. :(

Dr. Mangelson thoroughly discussed my issue, Based on his years of practice, his advice as to course of treatment is excellent. He takes sufficient time to discuss my situation. I have great confidence in his advice and course of treatment.

I was seeing the doctor about a sensitive topic. He showed genuine concern, thorough knowledge and, and provided me with treatment options that I found satisfactory.

This doctor is amazing!! I was actually really nervous for this appointment and I left feeling great. He listened to my concerns and I felt validated and educated. Very good bedside manner. I didn't love how far away his office was but I'd drive there in heartbeat now that I've met him.
