      I just needed a med refill, so there wasn't much detail about my condition. I did really appreciate having the provider suggest pre-scheduling my yearly sovmy meds didn't run out and then have a gap between when I could be seen and when they could be refilled.

      NP Jaco didn't appear to listen to my concerns very well. He asked me questions that I had just finished telling him about. He also did not know where or how the Vestibular Rehab that he ordered was performed.

      Dr Jaco was really kind and willing to listen. I had a good visit with him, and he was great at suggesting extra resources for me, but I don't think he has as much education or specialized knowledge regarding postpartum care as I would've liked/needed.

      It was my first time going to the doctors by myself, the last time was years ago when I was still a kid, but Nelson Jaco was really nice and helpful. He addressed all my concerns and was very clear about what steps he wanted to take and why and made sure I was okay with everything. He was super nice and helpful.
