I have a plethora of physical things going on in addition to RA including a history of polio and severe scoliosis. I have a lot of pain originating from outside the realm of arthritis so I'm not easy to treat. I am also 70 years old so I deeply appreciate the way I am regarded by Dr. Jensen and his office staff.

Dr Jensen is a wonderful doctor in any way one might want to rate or evaluate it.

Dr. Jensen and his staff are always attentive, intelligent, informative and helpful. I really appreciate them.My only complaint is against IHC, not Dr. Jensen. The entrance to the building is not acceptable for any customers. It is continually dirty, lots of debris, weeds, trash, dirt and generally unwelcoming. I pay the same fee to go to this trashy entrance as I would if I went to a brand new building owned by IHC. What a disappointment it is to know thar Dr. Jensen and Dr. [...], who I also see once a month, are treated to this second-class building. I know it is scheduled to be torn down, but, you could send one maintenance person there once a week for 1 hour to sweep and pick up weeds and trash. Why would you treat any doctor and their staff so poorly? It's embarrassing for a medical corporation to look so terrible. Of all the doctors on your team, you have VERY FEW in Rheumatology. I would think they, above all others, would at the very least, have a decent, clean building so they can welcome their patients. You can do better. Clean up the mess outside the front entrance.

This doctor is always knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, empathetic, and office staff is efficient and friendly.

If Intermiuntain Health had a doctor off the year, Paul Jensen should get it. I'm lucky to have him as my rheumatologist.

Dr Jensen is very thorough. Listens to any issues, takes the time to talk any problems and gives options for treatment.

I would recommend this practice to ANYONE. From the front desk to the MA to the doctor himself I was treated extremely well. Everyone is kind and friendly, but also get things done that other doctors of mine couldn't or didn't get done!
