The appointment felt very rushed and I didn't feel the provider had time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Ross is great, but I do wish she'd be more thorough and take more time especially on a full body exam. I don't know how through it could be with how quickly he moves. Someone was also supposed to come into the room to schedule a follow up in six months and I waited over 10 minutes and finally needed to leave.

Don't love why I come for a visit but I love this office.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Ross. In our current (flawed) medical system he does a great job of treating people as humans.

Dr. Ross is the best - most dermatologists I've seen is focused on efficiency and speed but Dr Ross spent with me...time listening and explaining the condition and follow up plan. Great doctor.

Overall - I REALLY like Dr. Ross - and will stay with him as long as he's in practice. That said - sometimes I feel like my exams are a little quick. There are days when I want him to use that magnifying glass of his on almost every inch of my skin. I also realize that 100% of the responsibility is my own - to protect my skin.

The visit was for a checkup, so there was not much need for discussion of treatment because we just continued with what we have been doing which keeps the condition managed. However, the physician did confirm that I understood and agreed with continuing on. He just didn't take very much time, but was a very pleasant interaction.
