Sabrina was everything I could hope for in a care provider.

Sabrina is very kind. I have been miserable with ear/sinus pain for almost a year now and it has taken a very long time to get any imaging done. The order for the CT did not explain the reason for the CT so my insurance denied it at the hospital but approved it for a different imaging clinic, Reyus. Now Sabrina's assistance has told me they won't have the images for weeks if at all and even though Sabrina has the CT report she can't do anything for me or explain It. I have read the report but I do not understand what it means. I am miserable and in pain and feel like no one will help or give me answers or a referral to an ear specialist. Once again Sabrina is very kind and I understand some of these things are out of her control, but I am very frustrated and I hurt.
