Care provider was hard to understand.

The care providers explained all the options, risks, benefits, etc very well that even a 5th grader can understand they are very clear on everything. We are very satisfied with their explanations. We will definitely recommend Intermountain Healthcare Utah to everyone. Very Happy with our visit. The care providers we talked to are very friendly.

There was no explanation of Pryor test that had taken place. Also there was not any explanation of alternat choices to help solve the issue
