Need to be WAY more thorough in understanding the patient's history and should actually speak to/deliver exam results and diagnosis in person or over the phone.

My experience with Stephen was great. I wish the nurse and anethsilogist (sp) would have told me that doing the medication (properfol - sp?) would have made me feel like the bones inside my hand were on fire and trying to literally escape my body. That was the worst pain I've ever been in, which isn't saying much since I haven't birthed a child but I assume that's not as bad lol
