I was so impressed with Dr. Stoddard. She had complete confidence in me which made me feel more confident. She was knowledgeable but not arrogant. It was like speaking to a friend. She found out I worked in healthcare and didn't feel the need to over explain anything unless I had questions. Oftentimes Doctors still feel the need to explain things to those of us with lower degrees, and she didn't do that at all. Then my procedure was truly quick and painless. I appreciated her clear communication but also friendly demeanor.
