Doctor Carroll and his team are wonderful. It's always a friendly and professional experience. Doctor Carroll listens intently, clearly and thoroughly informs and discusses. I have great confidence in his skills.

I appreciate and respect Dr Carroll. He Is a great doctor and I believe he is very skilled. My visits have always be good and I have never had any complaints. The following is not a complaint but maybe an observation. At my most recent visit, the doctor entered the room, before any "hello" or "How are you?", he said, "The nurse tells me you have questions." Then he reminded me that I was having a "wellness" visit and there was a time constraint and I needed to be brief. I had two short questions that he was very kind to answer at the end of the visit. And it didn't take long. However, the entire time I felt uncomfortable and just tried to be a good listener rather than an active participant during the visit. I suppose there have been times when patients have taken so much time that it took away time another patient deserves. Doctors do have a juggling act to try and accomplish a lot in a short time. For me, a friendly greeting, an acknowledgment that I had questions that would be answered during or after the physical, would have been more comfortable. I realize each patient is different. I'll do my part to try and limit questions that can be answered quickly. I was in and out of the patient room in about 20-25 minutes. I like and appreciate the people at this office. Thank you
