The Genetic Heart Disease Program is a specialty service from The Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute, Intermountain Healthcare’s flagship heart center.
Our program has expertise in caring for patients and families who have heart conditions caused by genes, also called genetic conditions.
There are many different kinds of genetic heart diseases and conditions, including long QT syndrome and sudden cardiac death. Other genetic conditions can include abnormal heart muscle and early onset coronary artery disease.
