• Stay left at the fork to continue on W Center Street
• Continue straight on W Center Street
• Use the left two lanes to turn left onto N 500 W
• Continue straight on N 500 W for 1.1 mile
• Keep right on N 500 W while approaching 1230 N Street/Bulldog Blvd
• Turn right onto 1230 N/Bulldog Blvd
• Take the 2nd right turn into the Utah Valley Campus Parking Lot
• Take 1st right or 1st left to access visitor parking on the top terrace level parking lots
• Enter Utah Valley Clinic/Sorenson Legacy Tower – Building 4
• Take stairs or elevator to Floor 2
• Arrive at Utah Valley Clinic InstaCare

Via I-15 Northbound

• Follow I-15 N to UT-114 S and W Center Street in Provo
• Take Exit 265A from I-15 N
• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for UT-114 E/Provo/Center Street
• Merge onto UT-114 S/W Center Street
• Continue straight on W Center Street
• Keep right on N 500 W while approaching 1230 N Street/Bulldog Blvd.
• Turn right onto 1230 N/Bulldog Blvd.
