Frequently Asked Questions About Ortho Urgent Care
We are a different kind of urgent care, so you may have questions about whether we can help you. Let’s take a look at some of the commonly asked questions about this service.
What kind of injuries do you diagnose or treat?
We can treat you for muscle or bone related urgent injuries. Whether you have a broken bone, a muscle or ligament tear, a sprain, or another urgent orthopedic issue, we can get you the care you need.
What is the benefit of coming to your clinic?
In most cases we are less expensive than other settings, and we only offer treatment related to Orthopedic care. This means not only are our providers highly trained and skilled in the area of care you need, but you’re also not waiting with people who need help for urgent injuries that are not muscle or bone related.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are able to bill most insurance providers for care. If you have questions about coverage please call ahead, by using the number at the top of this page, to make sure your insurance is accepted.
What services do you have available?
Our highly trained providers at the Ortho Urgent Care Clinic offer in-depth medical exams and can treat simple wounds. They can also give you therapeutic joint injections for pain, as well as diagnose and treat fractures. We have an x-ray machine on-site and we can order CT scans or MRIs as necessary. If we can’t treat your specific injury at Ortho Urgent Care, we will work with our other providers to make sure you get the help you need through a referral.
