In our fast-paced world, mental health often gets overlooked, but it's super important for our overall well-being. With the growing mental health crisis, finding effective and accessible solutions is crucial.
If you're in the Intermountain Health service area, a great place to start is by calling the Behavioral Health Services Navigation Line at 833-442-2211.
