The BLS for Provider class covers topics such as adult and pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask), relief of foreign-body airway obstruction and automated external defibrillation (AED).

The Heartsaver CPR AED Course teaches AED use, CPR, relief of choking in adults, children, and infants, and use of barrier devices for all ages. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR AED to meet job, regulatory or other requirements (daycare providers, fitness instructors, etc.).
