Join other new moms and their infants at our weekly 4th trimester support group where we share some of the experiences of this life-changing transition- from the exhilarating to the more difficult and challenging. Guest speakers share their expertise in things like maternal mental health, infant massage, financial planning, baby led weaning, infant sleep, emotional wellness and much much more.

There is no fee to participate, but registration is required due to a limitation on group size.
