Guided Mindfulness Classes

Practicing mindfulness meditation for even a few minutes a day has been shown to help improve overall health and well-being and can be useful in managing stress.

Join us for a live online guided mindfulness meditations.  All are offered free of charge on a drop-in basis and each offers an opportunity to connect with the present moment and restore a sense of balance.

Each session is led by an experienced Intermountain mindfulness teacher.  Classes are reoccurring weekly and offered online.
