Discover peace of mind through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, which is a mindfulness practice course that is supported by three decades of published research. Stress is an inherent part of our lives. We do not practice mindfulness in order to escape the stress in our lives. We practice mindfulness so that we can relate to our stress in a healthier way.
Many people who complete Mindfulness training report:

The 8-week, 9-session course will be available on-line or in-person and will provide you with:
• Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
• Gentle stretching and mindful yoga.
• Group dialogue and mindful communication exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life.
