Roam: Community Walks
Join Intermountain Health for community hikes alongside Colorado Hiking Moms as way to build community and foster a life-long love of nature. Come out with your little ones to enjoy our beautiful city with an Intermountain Health guide and meet other new and seasoned parents while bonding with your newest family member.
As one participant said, "Venturing out on a stroller walk with our newborn was an incredibly freeing experience. It was like we had collectively been holding our breath since becoming new parents, and getting out into nature allowed us to finally exhale and realize we could manage this new parent thing!"

Weather Cancellation
In the event of a snowstorm or adverse weather, an email will be sent out notifying you regarding class cancellation.
