Sleep Basics for Infants

Understanding the science behind infant sleep development and evidence-based training methods can help you make informed decisions that support your baby's healthy sleep patterns while maintaining family well-being. This understanding can help parents improve sleep quality and support their child's development. 

This class will provide recommendations for safe sleep for infants in the first year of life, based on scientific evidence.  This is not a sleep training class.  This is a sleep support class for the entire family! 

Registration

Registration includes space for 2 people.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or change your registration. Contact us prior to five (5) business days before class begins for a refund or to reschedule. No refunds or transfers will be given after this time.
In the event of a snowstorm or adverse weather, an email will be sent out notifying you regarding class cancellation and we will follow up with a rescheduled class date the following business day.
Occasionally, we must cancel a class due to low enrollment and will notify you by phone or email.  In these instances, we will be happy to find a new class date for you or issue a full refund.
