The Symposium is free to attend and sponsored by Intermountain Health. This is a live, in-person event and will not be recorded or available virtually. The event will take place at the Blair Education Center at Park City Hospital.

Park in the main hospital parking lot or Blair Education Center lot. Enter on the North side. Blair Education Center is located downstairs. Look for Telehealth signs near the entrance.
