Bio

I am originally from Utah and have studied and worked in several other states. My degree is in clinical psychology, and I enjoy working in a general psychology practice. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help patients develop skills and strategies needed in order to accomplish their mental health goals. Outside of work I enjoy time outdoors in the mountains or working in my garden.
