He was not particularly warm or cold. Business-like. Obviously he doesn’t know me so I can see why he wouldn’t be particularly friendly but surely he could be warmer, show genuine care and seem focused on providing a painful shot term solution. Also, he gave no real answer to the wrist problem I’m experiencing.
