Too much extra talking. Explanations were exhausting to listen to when I had to sort through the jokes, snarky remarks to get down to the actual message/answer.

I would recommend this clinic and Doctor to anyone. We have never experienced issue with care here.

Dr Gary went ABOVE AND BEYOND for this appointment. He helped assist me with my toddler while I help the tech with my baby during X-rays. He was the ultimate provider, used is great "dad" skills and found her a slinky, suckers, stickers and support while I was in the next room helping the baby. He saved that appointment from possibly being a wreck and was quick and smooth with his decision and transitions for my baby, the patient, and my toddler who was fearful of not being with mommy.

I like bringing my kids to Dr.Gary because I've gone to a few other providers and haven't found anyone who quite expresses care and explains what may be happening quite as well as he does. I love that he does not rush and push through patients like other providers do at Intermountain. I hope he keeps his originality and quality care.

Dr. Bersshardt is the VERY BEST. Always always listens to my concerns and takes time to explain everything.

Dr Gary is always very compassionate with my kids. He included [...] in making decisions about her care and made sure it was a plan she could be on board with as well as me as her parent and caregiver.

I visited to discuss concerns over how trauma may have effected [...] development. I didn't feel the provider listened to this at all or discussed it with me.

His patience with my ten year old who has severe anxiety was beyond anything I can comprehend. She made the appointment VERY challenging. He didn't show signs of stress or disappointment, and that is a true professional.

We had such a great experience with the staff at this office, truly grateful for the care that was provided. Dr. Garry and his staff truly are amazing, we love that Dr. Garry not only cared for my little one but he genuinely cared about me as a first time mom. Dr. Gary was always so willing to answer all my questions, never rushed us out the door and always took such good care of our little one. Thank you to all who helped us, and took care of our little guy!

Dr.Bosshardt is by the far the best pediatrician I've ever had the pleasure to meet! He really goes above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! I am grateful to have him as my children's pediatrician.

I had a 2nd son with me at the appointment with an ear ache and asked for his ear to be looked at with the understanding that I would pay for a 2nd visit. He wouldn't and I had to make another appointment with a different provider. Maybe that's protocol but it was upsetting and inconvenient as I had already waited 50 minutes for my current appointment.

I've recommended several people to Dr Gary and everyone loves him

Dr. Gary was fantastic. He took extra time to explain to my Autistic Grandson everything he was doing. He made sure that my Grandson understood before he proceeded.

The discussion was fairly thorough and options presented were fairly clear. I felt like the conversation was rushed and easy to get distracted from the topic at hand because the provider would multitask, switching back and forth from a physical exam to conversation of concerns. It made it difficult to hold a clear conversation.
