          Shared previously. We really really appreciated how he spoke to us and handled the situation. We felt that he genuinely cared about us and the outcome. He helped us feel very hopeful moving forward.

          Just answer the phone and if you can’t, call back when a patient leaves a voicemail. Every time I called I would leave a voicemail with my name, DOB, and phone number with a brief message explaining what I was needing.
