I've never had a physician put as much care and explanation into my treatment before as Jennifer Zeer did. Made what could have been a very traumatic experience a very easy one.

The doctor spoke incredibly fast. I can't even remember his name because he spoke at mock-burrito speed. I was able to barely keep up but thinking about and older patient I wonder if they'd be able to understand a word he said. Unfortunately because he spoke so fast I don't recall as much information he gave me as I would like.

Dr Zeer is unlike any care provider I've ever seen. She was an exceptional listener who demonstrated empathy and concern, and genuinely seemed to look to understand me before coming to any conclusions about care recommendations. I felt like a person, not a number.

Jennifer Zeer is my absolute favorite! She is very attentive to my concerns and questions and is extremely personable. I enjoy my visits with her because it feels like seeing a friend, who also is my provider!
