About Martha (Martie) S. Nightingale

About The Provider

Martie was inspired to become a midwife after reading Spiritual Midwifery by Ina May Gaskin. She received her midwifery training from the University of Utah. She has additional training in treating abnormal pap smears, performing colposcopy and cryotherapy. For the past 24 years Martie has followed a plant-based diet and has taught multiple vegetarian nutrition, and cooking classes. In her free time, she enjoys endurance cycling, running, yoga, and many outdoor activities.
