I love the video visits! It is so nice to be able to sit in my own home and use the telemedicine service, rather than driving an hour and a half to the clinic. However, Dr Crapo and his staff are so good at what they do that I would drive the hour and a half just to be seen by him in person when needed. I seriously couldn't say enough about how great Dr Crapo and his staff are
