About Timothy A. Semadeni

About The Provider

Tim Semadeni is a physical therapist specializing in adult neurological rehabilitation at Intermountain Health's McKay-Dee Hospital. He treats a range of neurological disorders, including stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and other conditions that affect balance, motor control, coordination, and function. Tim also provides expert care for lower-limb amputees and those experiencing functional disabilities, offering wheelchair seating and positioning evaluations, assessments, and training to enhance mobility and comfort.

Tim is trained in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) for hemiparesis, Proprioceptive Neurological Facilitation (PNF), and the Neuro-Integrative Functional Rehabilitation and Habilitation (Neuro-IFRAH) approach, particularly for adults with hemiplegia due to stroke or brain injury. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their highest functional potential, taking the time to understand their rehabilitation goals, identify underlying mobility issues, and develop personalized treatment plans to support each person's journey toward their goals.

Tim is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys backpacking, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, etc. Outside the clinic, he loves gardening, producing home food, and storing and building things out of wood and metal. He enjoys doing various activities with my wife, children, and grandchildren.
