Co-Treatment Rehabilitation Program

The Feeding and Swallowing Center is committed to helping you and your child improve eating skills and behaviors during mealtimes and is happy to offer more intesive feeding therapy. Our Co-Treatment Rehabilitation Program offers sessions with a feeding therapist and psychologist. Our goal is to promote healthy eating in terms of adequate volume and variety while decreasing mealtime stress. This is a 3-week program (six sessions) with our psychologist and feeding therapist.

To qualify for this program, your child must be evaluated through an outpatient feeding session through Intermountain Primary Children’s Outpatient Pediatric Rehab team (several locations available); if deemed appropriate for Co-treatment sessions, we will then perform an initial intake with our nurse practitioner.
