How to start a visit

  1. Open the Intermountain Health App
  2. Select Virtual Visit.
  3. Start a Connect Care Urgent Care visit.
  4. After selecting your current location, choose the Connect Care: Physical Therapy practice, and select a provider.

Connect Care physical therapy can effectively address a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to sports injuries, back pain, neck pain, whiplash, ankle sprains, muscle strain/soreness, joint pain (hip, knee, shoulder, elbow), and heel pain. Our licensed therapists will assess your specific situation during the video visit to determine the most appropriate treatment option.

Yes, telehealth physical therapy has been shown to be highly effective in many cases. Numerous studies have demonstrated that virtual visits can achieve comparable outcomes to traditional in-person sessions for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. By utilizing a video consultation, we can provide personalized education by a physical therapist.
