Intermountain now offers at-home lab services, allowing patients to get their labs drawn at home.
$45 + cost of tests ordered
For patients 18 and older in Utah and Las Vegas, NV
- Complete the eligibility assessment/consent form
- Choose your tests
- Schedule over the phone
- A phlebotomist will come to your home
- View your results in the patient portal

Patients can view their results in the Intermountain Health patient portal or receive them by accessing their medical records via the link below. For medical record support please call the number depending on your state.

Results are typically available 24-48 hours after specimens have been collected.
We recommend that you connect with your primary care provider to review results and discuss any implications or treatment plans that may be indicated. If you don't have a primary care provider, we can help!
We currently can take requests from individuals living anywhere along the Utah Wasatch Front from Logan to Nephi, as well Cedar City, UT St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV.
