Learning to Breathe is a mindfulness-based curriculum for adolescents. Students are taught breathing exercises to assist with strengthen attention and emotion regulation, cultivate wholesome emotions like gratitude and compassion, and expand stress management skills.
This is also a great introduction mindfulness and how to integrate it into daily life. Each lesson includes age-appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness in a group setting.
This session is for teen girls (12-18).
