About the Class
Pricing
Baby Safe is a class for new parents, grandparents, family members, and anyone who wants to learn about the best ways to protect infants and young children with an emphasis on prevention. We offer the American Heart Association course CPR for Family and Friends that provides skills practice on CPR/Choking for infants and children up to 8 years of age. This class is skill based only and does not provide CPR certification. The class registration fee is for 2 adults.
Additional topics include:
- Common causes of childhood injury and how to prevent them
- Water safety, kitchen safety, fire safety, and general household childproofing
- The most prevalent car seat errors and how to avoid them
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. If you cancel or change your registration prior to five business days before class begins, your registration fee will be refunded or transferred to another class. No refunds or transfers will be given after this time.
Occasionally, we must cancel a class due to low enrollment and will notify you by phone or email. In these instances, we will be happy to find a new class for you or issue a full refund.
In the event of a snowstorm, an email will be sent out notifying you regarding class cancellation and we will follow up with a rescheduled class date the following business day.
