All donations, regardless of how they are made, will be processed by Lutheran Medical Center Foundation, and you will be mailed an acknowledgment and a receipt for tax purposes. Donations designated for a specific program will be used for that program’s exclusive use.

Corporate Giving

Matching Gifts
Many companies, local and national, will match employee contributions to 501c3 nonprofit organizations like Lutheran Medical Center Foundation. Check with your company's human resources or community relations department to see whether your employer will match your gift. You could double the value of your donation!
You will be mailed an acknowledgment and a receipt for your tax purposes. We will work with you to complete and file any necessary documentation for your employer. We will provide your employer with a letter of acknowledgment and tax receipt for its matching gift, as well.
Memorial & Tribute Gifts
You can make a gift in memory of a friend or loved one, in tribute to an extraordinary person or caregiver who has made a difference in your life, or to commemorate a special occasion. You can also restrict your gift to benefit programs or services that you find most valuable or your support may be made to the are of greatest need at Lutheran.
When you make a memorial or tribute gift, we will acknowledge your gift with a receipt and we will also send a note to the person or the family of the person you are memorializing or honoring to let them know about your kindness. Memorial and tribute gifts of all sizes are appreciated, and we will not share the size of any gift with the individual or family members of the individual being memorialized or honored.
Memorial and tribute gifts can be made in a variety of ways:

Real Estate
Lutheran Medical Center Foundation accepts gifts of real estate, including houses, condominiums, commercial properties, farmland, rental property, and undeveloped land after a thorough review of the property and its potential usage by the Foundation. Caring Spirit Giving Campaign
Intermountain Health Caregivers give every day by providing the best care possible. One additional way they can give is by participating in the annual Caring Spirit Giving Campaign. Through caregiver donations, we can help caregivers and patients in need and provide training and education to our fellow caregivers.
Caregivers can participate in a variety of ways. They can: make a one-time gift online, donate unused PTO hours, set-up a recurring payroll deduction or join the Hour Club (a way to recognize caregivers who make a gift commitment of at least one hour of their pay or more per pay period for one year or 26 payroll deductions).
