Setting Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries are the guidelines that we use to let others know how we want to be treated. Setting boundaries honors our need to respect our own needs and being respectful of the needs of others. It also means learning how and when to say “no.” Knowing how to set boundaries is one of the most essential yet overlooked social skills. This class will teach skills to set healthy boundaries.

Mental Health Minute
- Stress reduction and self-care through mindfulness
- Deep breathing
- Decompression from work
- Self-compassion
- All sessions are voluntary and taught by licensed mental health professionals, and open to all employees. For Intermountain employees/caregivers, please note that the Mental Health Minutes are not Livewell eligible.
- Drop into a session as needed.
- All sessions are virtual and scheduled to be weekly standing meetings for 15 minutes. No registration is required.
