What do I do if I get disconnected?

If you get disconnected for any reason, just click on the link you were sent before, and it will reconnect you to the appointment. You will only be charged for one visit.

Connect Care Behavioral Health is staffed by experts who specialize in mental health. All our providers have many years of experience treating patients.

Will providers have access to my medical record?

Yes, our Intermountain providers will have access to your Intermountain Health medical history.

What if I have trouble with my prescriptions?

If you have issues with prescriptions reaching the pharmacy, call our clinic (833-442-2670) or message your provider in the Intermountain Health app.
