Encourage teams to complete My Learning assignments by September 30 to ensure smooth transition to Workday Learning

WorkdayLearning

Intermountain is launching a new branch of the Workday platform—Workday Learning—in October. It will incorporate current learning functions from My Learning and new resources in Intermountain’s Workday app and website. To ensure a smooth launch, please encourage your teams to complete their My Learning assignments well before the end-of-quarter deadline of September 30. This will allow the Workday Learning team to start the migration process and push out fourth quarter learning much quicker.

Please note: Only essential learning will be assigned to caregivers after August 27. This will not affect learning currently in caregivers’ My Learning assignment list. Please hold on making all other education requests until after the Workday Learning launch.

Workday Learning will make it easier for caregivers to access and complete their learning assignments and will improve the experience by allowing caregivers to access modules on their mobile devices outside of the Intermountain firewall.

In addition, caregivers will be able to:

  • Access all types of learning previously available through My Learning, as well as additional resources for upskilling
  • Access Udemy for Business courses (note: Udemy will still be accessible at intermountain.udemy.com and through the Udemy for Business mobile app)

Leaders will be able to:

  • Enroll caregivers in education courses without contacting Ask HR
  • See the completion status of your team’s education modules

If you have any questions, check out the Workday Learning FAQs or contact the Workday Learning team at workday@imail.org. Additional updates, trainings, and other resources will be provided on a new Workday Learning website as we move closer to launch.
