Intermountain receives CandE Award for third year in a row

Intermountain has received the 2020 Candidate Experience (CandE) Award from the Talent Board, a national non-profit organization that promotes a quality experience for job candidates, for the exceptional way we treat the thousands of people who apply to work here each year. This is the third year Intermountain has received a CandE award. Out of more than 200 companies that participated, Intermountain was honored as the 23rd highest company overall.

To determine the winners, the Candidate Experience Committee surveyed the various companies that applied. The four criteria Talent Board considers when selecting winners:

  • A very positive overall candidate experience rating
  • An extremely-likely-to-apply-again rating
  • An extremely-likely-to-refer-other-candidates rating
  • Willingness of job applicants to increase their business relationship with the employer by applying again, referring others, and making purchases when applicable

“I’m extremely proud of our team,” says Keri Perrigot, director of Talent Acquisition. “With COVID-19, our team has done a tremendous amount of shifting over the last seven months and they’ve never lost sight of the candidate experience. They continually amaze me. This is an honor in our industry and as the only Utah company to receive the award, we’re helping to set the bar for other employers in our area.”
