Here's how the LiVe Well reward program is changing in 2021

Intermountain’s LiVe Well program has evolved to better support you in living your healthiest life possible in 2021. New features this year include:

Live Well BN Jan
  • New web platform. LiVe Well has moved tracking and award redemption into the Intermountain Recognition Portal with help from a third-party website called Augeo. The Recognition Portal helps you easily participate in activities, record them, and redeem rewards. This means you don’t need to track your LiVe Well progress on Intermountain.net anymore. The platform will evolve over time to support service awards and general caregiver recognition too. You can access the Intermountain Recognition Portal by clicking the green button on the LiVe Well site.
  • Flexibility. You can now complete LiVe Well activities at your own pace throughout the year with no quarterly deadlines.
  • Choice. You’ll choose 10 activities to complete throughout the year from a list of options. There are no required activities. Each activity is worth $20 so once you complete an activity, that money will be added to your recognition account to redeem. There may be some delays in tracking based on the activity you complete.
  • More reward options. With the money you earn from completing an activity, you can choose a reward from new and expanded choices like gift cards, equipment for activities (cooking, athletic, camping, etc.), experiences like movie tickets, or you can donate it to a charitable organization listed on the site. You can redeem money as you get it or save up all year long.

Watch the LiVe Well 2021 module in your My Learning platform to help you get started with the new rewards program and earn your first $20 of the year. This module will be the only LiVe Well module of the year.

Leaders: Reach out to your facility's LiVe Well partner for support

LiVe Well Partners provide local support to leaders and teams on how to integrate Intermountain’s LiVe Well program into their day-to-day routines, and help caregivers be healthy—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

“There are 47 LiVe Well Partners across Intermountain—volunteers with a passion for health and well-being,” says Michelle Ihmels, caregiver LiVe Well director. "These partners meet monthly with the caregiver LiVe Well team and are the grassroots supporters of our campaigns and efforts. They’re here to support you and caregivers on your wellbeing journey.”

You can email iLiVeWell@imail.org to find out who your LiVe Well Partner is. Partners can also help acclimate new caregivers to the LiVe Well program, assist with caregiver education about the 2021 program, and help answers questions.
