Use Ask HR for all HR needs— including accessing HR business partners

The Human Resources business partner service model has transformed into a new HRBP Hub. The new model was created to support Intermountain’s ability to scale for future growth and acquisitions, while being agile and proactive with current and future work.

The HRBP Hub features a team of Intermountain HR business partners with a broad range of HR experience who will provide a team-based service to supervisors, managers, and directors. They’ll proactively partner with leaders on strategies and initiatives, as well as supporting day-to-day needs.

What does this mean for you?

  • Continue to use Ask HR for all your Human Resources needs like benefits, Leaves of Absence, tuition reimbursement, questions about HR policies, and more.
  • There won’t be HR business partners at facilities. The HRBP Hub will be based virtually, with the ability for team members to come onsite as needed.
  • If you need to talk to someone about a work-related issue or something else you’d go to an HR business partner for, Ask HR will route you to the right person.

“Although the way you access an HR business partner will change, our commitment to providing the best service will not,” says Ree Blackham, HRBP Hub director.

Ask HR is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 801-442-7547. You can also email askhr@imail.org or submit a ticket through the Service Matters portal.
