If you plan to take advantage of Intermountain’s tuition reimbursement program, remember your reimbursement requests need to be submitted through Workday within 60 days of the semester or class ending. It can take several weeks for your request to be reviewed and processed.

Helpful tips for having your reimbursement request processed quickly: 

  • Provide all required documentation. This includes a final report of your classes and grades, as well as an itemized statement showing the amount and proof of payment. You’ll receive a notification through Workday if additional documentation is required.
  • Advise your manager that you’ve submitted a tuition reimbursement request. Your manager will receive a notification in Workday once your request is processed and will need to approve it.
