Filing out a simple form is all it takes to spread about some well-earned recognition.

Intermountain’s Kudos eCard program is moving to a new platform on Monday, June 28. The current Kudos eCard program, which is hosted by OC Tanner, will move to Augeo’s Encore web-based platform. Augeo is the same vendor who hosts our LiVe Well Rewards program. This is one step we’re taking to enhance our culture of recognition by aligning programs, integrating tools, and launching new technology.

Kudos provides leaders and caregivers a virtual, timely, public or private way to recognize individuals for their work and contributions. eCards can be used to celebrate birthdays, milestones, or just to share a kind word. Starting Monday, June 28, you can send eCards by going to intermountainrecognition.com or visiting a Kudos link on Intermountain.net.  (Note: the intermountain recognition link won’t work until Monday.) Sending a Kudos card is just as easy: type in a caregiver’s name, choose an image to accompany the eCard, type in a message, choose if you want the eCard to be public or private, and hit send. It also offers some exciting new features:

  • You can now schedule an eCard to be sent on a future date, so you don’t miss an upcoming milestone or event in a colleague’s life.
  • You can comment on and like recognition acknowledgments sent to caregivers, similar to social media posts.
  • There is a wide selection of cards for common recognition categories in both English and Spanish.
  • There is no app to download because the site is mobile friendly and responsive. You’ll need PingID to sign in.

If you have questions about the eCard program, please speak with your manager or contact Ask HR: 801-442-7547 or askhr@imail.org.
